Lot 45, KCC Cherokee Strip 804-643 and on the right his mother. You can see where he gets his darker points from.  She is coming 10 years old and still a great producer.

    We were so excited to finally get a bull out of this cow.  She is 10 years old and has done such a good job giving us females.  She has a 103.3 MPPA and the the most perfect udder and feet.  This bull gets his darker red coloring and good performance from her.  Of course, Cherokee Canyon is no slouch in the performance arena as he is currently the breeds most influential sire.  We saw him right before he was put down this summer.  He is a thick made bull.  We are retaining a semen interest in this bull, and when you see him you will understand why. He is one of those bulls that is too thick to take a good picture.
